What we collect
Your name, mobile number, province, city, retailer, till slip image, optional email, and (optionally) your social media handle and post link.
Why we collect it
To administer the PetJell-Oyl competition - validate entries, prevent duplicates, contact winners, and fulfil prizes.
Marketing opt-in
Marketing consent is separate from competition entry consent. You will only receive future Reitzer's promotions or product updates if you actively opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
User-generated content
If you submit a social post or screenshot for the bonus entry, you give Reitzer's permission to view and potentially repost it for campaign marketing - subject to approval.
Retention & deletion
Entry data is retained for the duration of the campaign plus 12 months for audit purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Contact Reitzer's to request deletion sooner.
